Bayside, who recently released their new album Vacancy, are releasing a 7-inch of the same name today, featuring non-album track “This Could Be Our Lives” as well as an acoustic version of “The Ghost” with guest Chris Conley (Saves The Day). A digital version of the 7-inch is also available now, and includes the bonus track “Not Fair” (acoustic).
The band has also confirmed a brief acoustic tour with VIP tickets available now and general pre-sale on Friday. Hawthorne Heights opens. Dates are below!
“We have always set out to be a band that had many layers to our music,” explains Anthony Raneri.“We’ve always considered ourselves a punk band that wrote pretty complex songs that really stray from the standard straight forward punk song. Ever since our acoustic record in 2005, acoustic versions of our songs have been a great tool in our arsenal to showcase the depths of our songs without the layers of distortion.”
