The EP was produced by Karl Peterson (Miley Cyrus, Usher) and is the band’s third release following the LPs Holy, Open, Drying Road (2011) and Seeds and Thorns (2013). Windows Into Worlds features well-crafted songs that strike the perfect balance of catchiness and substance with three-part harmonies and raw, infectious energy. Regarding the song, the band states, “I was lucky enough to find myself in Hawaii for a couple weeks with my family and my sweetheart. “Windows Into Worlds” is a straight-forward and simple love song, so I thought a straight-forward and simple musical arrangement and video would be fitting. The footage is all from our trip. That’s Vanessa Winters on vocals with me. If you look closely, she is the only human to make an ever-so-quick appearance. I tried to keep everything as simple as possible.”
